Preparing for Your New Year's Eve Countdown Cruise

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please note the following before your cruise:

  • Double-Check Your Departure Pier
    On New Year's Eve, cruises that normally depart from ICONSIAM will instead depart from a nearby pier, such as Supakarn Shopping Center Pier or Wat Kalayanamit Pier. This is because the ICONSIAM waterfront is reserved for New Year's Eve celebrations and special events. Please check your departure pier carefully before traveling.
  • Allow Extra Travel Time
    Please plan to arrive at least 1–2 hours earlier than usual. Traffic on New Year's Eve is significantly heavier than normal, and delays are common. If you arrive after the cruise has departed, the cruise operator will not provide a refund.
  • Check Your Confirmation Email
    After your payment is completed, we will send you a confirmation email containing your departure pier, check-in time, and cruise departure time. Please review these details carefully before your trip.
  • Look Out for Our Reminder Email
    We will also send you a reminder email one day before your cruise with your booking details, so you can double-check all the important information before
