About the place:

Ang Thong National Marine Park is a fascinating archipelago of 42 or so islands in the Central Gulf Coast of Southern Thailand. It is northwest of Ko Samui

Most of the islands are close to each other, making a breathtaking panorama when sailing around the park. All the islands are of different sizes and shapes. Most of them are covered with tropical forests and named after their distinguishing geography, a kind of descriptive appellation, such as 'Sleeping Cow Island' and 'Three Pillars Island'. Ko Wua Talap is the island that contains the park headquarters, Buaboke Cave, as well as the famous viewpoint from where you can see the panoramic view of the National Park.

Thalae Nai Lake is an emerald saltwater lake in the middle of an island is encircled on all sides by limestone cliffs, but linked by an underground tunnel to the sea. Reaching the lake entails a strenuous climb of 40 minutes or so, but is rewarded with a spectacular view across the whole park.

Itinerary

07.30 AM	A van will pick you up from your hotel in Koh Samui, transfer to Na Thon Pier
08.30 AM	Cruise to Mu Koh Ang Thong National Marine Park. We will provide coffee, tea, bread, and fruit on board.
09.45 AM	Arrive at Ang Thong National Marine Park, Koh Wua Talap (Sleeping Cow Island). Hike to the Pha Chan Charat viewpoint for a breathtaking panorama of all 42 islands. The climb is challenging and requires good physical fitness, but the view at the top is truly rewarding. Visit Bua Bok Cave to admire its hanging rock formations, then relax on the beach, swim, or snorkel. Manage your time wisely — the round trip to the viewpoint can take up to two hours..
12.30 PM	Enjoy a buffet lunch on board.
01.30 PM	Discover the Emerald Lake (Thalay Nai) on Ko Mae Ko, a hidden gem of Ang Thong National Marine Park. This stunning saltwater lagoon shimmers in vivid green, encircled by towering limestone cliffs and lush tropical forest. A short climb leads to the viewpoint where the breathtaking contrast of the lake and the turquoise sea unfolds — a truly magical sight that captures the untouched beauty of Thailand’s marine paradise.
03.00 PM	Leave the national marine park, we will provide snacks and drinks on board.
05.00 PM	Arrive at Na Thon Pier, a van will send you back to your hotel safely.

Important information

• Pregnant women and individuals with serious medical conditions are not permitted to join the tour.
• There are 6 viewpoints on Wua Talap Mountain. You must have reasonable physical strength to walk up to the top viewpoint (500-meter height). Along the way, if you feel it's too tough to go to the top viewpoint you can choose to visit only the first 2-3 viewpoint
