• Due to the potential for encountering steep, narrow, unpaved, or unsafe roads that may be inaccessible to our van (and which we may not be able to identify in advance), the final decision on the day's itinerary and vehicle usage rests with the driver. In the event the van cannot access the planned route, the driver will offer alternative attractions or local transportation options. Please note that any additional costs associated with local transportation will be paid by the customer.
• A van has to start from Chiang Mai downtown and end a trip at Chiang Mai downtown. If you need to end at other places where isn't Chiang Mai downtown, you have to pay fuel charge to a driver to go back to Chiang Mai downtown approximately 1,000 - 2,000 THB depending on range the end place and Chiang Mai downtown.
